Rocks in underground works usually experience rather complex stress disturbance. For this, their fracture mechanism is significantly different from rocks subjected to conventional triaxial compression conditions. The effects of stress disturbances on rock geomechanical behaviors under fatigue loading conditions and triaxial unloading conditions have been reported in previous studies. However, little is known about the dependence of the unloading rate on fatigue loading and confining stress unloading (FL-CSU) conditions that influence rock failure. In this paper, we aimed at investigating the fracture behaviors of marble under FL-CSU conditions using the post-test X-ray computed tomography (CT) scanning technique and the GCTS RTR 2000 rock mechanics system. Results show that damage accumulation at the fatigue stage can influence the final fracture behaviors of marble. The stored elastic energy for rock samples under FL-CSU tests is relatively larger compared to those under conventional triaxial tests, and the dissipated energy used to drive damage evolution and crack propagation is larger for FL-CSU tests. In FL-CSU tests, as the unloading rate increases, the dissipated energy grows and elastic energy reduces. CT scanning after the test reveals the impacts of the unloading rate on the crack pattern and a fracture degree index is therein defined in this context to represent the crack dimension. It shows that the crack pattern after FL-CSU tests depends on the unloading rate, and the fracture degree is in agreement with the analysis of both the energy dissipation and the amount of energy released. The effect of unloading rate on fracture evolution characteristics of marble is revealed by a series of FL-CSU tests.  相似文献

以某斜齿轮为研究对象,分析齿轮剃齿加工成形原理,运用MASTA对斜齿轮剃齿加工成形进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:在斜齿轮径向剃齿成形加工过程中,剃齿刀做径向进给运动和沿自轴旋转运动,对旋转的加工齿轮进行剃齿加工成形;不同半径、齿宽、齿高下加工斜齿轮和剃齿刀齿面变化不同;剃齿加工成形的斜齿轮形状与设计斜齿轮形状基本一致。该研究为斜齿轮加工成形、成形质量和加工效率的提高提供理论依据。  相似文献

以某行星齿轮传动为研究对象,分析行星齿轮传动原理;建立行星齿轮三维模型,导入仿真软件Romax对行星齿轮传动模态、固定内齿圈振动加速度、振动速度等振动特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:行星齿轮传动不同阶数下的振动频率、振型和振动总位移不同;行星齿轮传动固定内齿圈的振动加速度、振动速度都呈现在某一均值波动的情况。该研究为避免行星齿轮传动发生共振、减小振动噪声及增加疲劳寿命提供理论依据。  相似文献

目的研究在不同加工参数下,对18CrNiMo7-6齿轮钢进行超声滚压加工后表层质量的变化,并得出其显著性顺序。建立表面粗糙度的解析模型,研究进给量、滚压次数和初始表面粗糙度对表面质量的影响,并与试验结果作对比。方法采用车刀将固定在车床卡盘上的18CrNiMo7-6齿轮钢棒状材料的端面进行精车后,采用超声滚压试验装置对精车后端面进行加工处理。采用三维形貌测量仪等专用设备,对加工完成后的试样表面表面粗糙度、表层显微硬度、表面二维形貌和表层残余应力等进行检测,然后利用正交试验,寻找对试样表面粗糙度影响的显著性因素,建立表面粗糙度的解析模型,对比试验数据和解析模型数据,研究超声滚压对表面粗糙度、表面二维形貌、表层显微硬度和表层残余应力的影响。结果得到的显著性顺序为进给量、主轴转速、次数、振幅、静压力,并且前述给出的粗糙度解析模型可以较好地预测超声滚压后的表面粗糙度,计算得到的理论数据与试验数据较为接近。试样表面的粗糙度Ra由车削加工的3.003μm减小为0.468μm,齿轮钢表层形成了明显的加工硬化层,其深度约为260μm;表层显微硬度从未处理的360.9HV升至417.6HV,比率为15.7%;表层内形成了勺形分布的残余应力,在距离表层60μm处,最大残余压应力形成,为–790.97 MPa,残余压应力层深度达到了800μm。结论超声滚压加工可以显著提高18CrNiMo7-6齿轮钢试样的表面性能,其中以滚压进给量的影响最为显著。  相似文献

对1.5MW级风电齿轮箱行星轮系统采用集中参数法建立行星轮系扭转动力学模型,运用Runge-Kutta法对所建立的扭转动力学模型进行求解,分别讨论了时变啮合刚度和相位差对行星轮系固有特性和稳态响应特性的影响。研究结果表明:时变啮合刚度导致系统各阶固有频率随时间周期性波动,而啮合相位差导致第1阶固有频率波动范围增大,其余4阶固有频率波动范围变小,且各阶固有频率间的变化步调存在相位差;是否考虑相位差对第3、4阶振型影响较为明显;对不同时刻的第3、4阶振型影响较大;考虑相位差时保持架、行星轮、太阳轮扭振角速度幅值均降低。  相似文献

分级加载电压技术能够有效延长电渗处理的时间,改善地基的处理效果并能有效降低能耗。在利用分级加载电压技术开展电渗试验时,随着土体的排水固结,土体各点的电势会发生明显的变化,这与现有的电渗固结理论假设土体各点电势保持不变有所差异。利用自主设计的电渗试验仪器开展了分级加载电压下的电渗室内试验,分析了电渗过程中土体有效电势变化的规律。基于该规律并结合Esrig固结理论建立了在阳极处不排水、阴极处排水条件下考虑土体有效电势变化的电渗固结理论,得到了分级加载电压条件下考虑土体有效电势变化的超静孔隙水压力和平均固结度的解析表达式。研究表明,在电压分级加载过程中,土体有效电势变化规律表现为随时间先基本保持不变,后呈抛物线状先增后减。通过试验案例验证了考虑土体有效电势变化所求得解析解的合理性,且该数值计算结果相较于Esrig数值计算结果,前者更加接近实测值,该固结方程的建立为后续分级加载电压技术的推广应用提供了理论依据,也为实际工程提供了参考。  相似文献

Rubber pad forming is studied numerically and experimentally to fabricate interconnectors for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) from thin Crofer sheets instead of classical thick ones with machined flow channels. In the theoretical program, the effects of the rib angle, rib width and channel depth on the formability are numerically investigated and optimized as 120°, 0.5 mm and 0.5 mm, respectively. In addition, flow simulations are performed to analyze the flow uniformity in the flow-field for the final geometry and homogenous reactant distributions are observed. In the experimental program, the interconnector with numerically optimized geometry is successfully manufactured by rubber pad forming, trimming, piercing and spot welding processes. This interconnector is used to build a two-cell stack. A similar stack is also constructed with a conventional interconnector for comparison. The performances of these stacks are measured at different operating temperatures. According to the simulation and experimental results, rubber pad forming is found to be a highly effective manufacturing route to fabricate SOFC interconnectors from thin Crofer sheets, providing higher specific and volumetric power density values for SOFC stacks compared to those of conventional stacks with interconnectors having machined flow channels.  相似文献

To investigate the effect of support materials on catalytic performance in carbon dioxide reforming of coke oven gas, Ni-based catalysts supported on various metal oxides with various properties are prepared and evaluated. The support material affects the important properties related to the catalytic performance such as surface area, Ni dispersion, basicity, oxygen storage capacity, and interaction between Ni and support. Among the various catalysts on different metal oxides, Ni/MgOAl2O3 catalyst exhibits the highest CH4 conversion due to its high Ni dispersion, large surface area, and strong basicity. Hence, the Ni loading in the Ni/MgOAl2O3 catalyst is optimized. Ni loading performs the important roles to determine the Ni dispersion, the amount of Ni active sites, and basicity. 15 wt% Ni/MgOAl2O3 catalyst shows the highest catalytic activity even at a high gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 1,500,000 h−1, owing to the large amount of Ni active sites which related to Ni loading, Ni dispersion, and reduction degree. To confirm the stability of the 15 wt% Ni/MgOAl2O3 catalyst, catalytic reaction has been carried out for 50 h and noticeable catalytic deactivation is not observed for 50 h.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of a laboratory investigation into the performance of geosynthetic-encased stone column-improved (GESC-improved) soft clay under vertical cyclic loading. A reduced-scale model is adopted to perform a series of tests considering the principal parameters, such as the cyclic loading characteristics, including the loading frequency and amplitude, and the encasement length. The results indicate that, among other things, the overall benefit of the geosynthetic encasement of stone columns installed in soft clay is greater under cyclic loading than under static loading, and that the cyclic effect tends to lead to a stress concentration ratio that is smaller than that under static loading. The effectiveness of this encasement in improving the performance of GESCs becomes greater when subjected to cyclic loading with a lower loading frequency and/or a smaller amplitude. The settlement and pore pressure variations with the encasement length, together with the exhumed GESCs taken after the tests, suggest that full encasement is necessary to maximize the performance of GESCs under cyclic loading.  相似文献

Existing experimental results have shown that using a semi-log linear relationship between the permanent volumetric strain and cyclic number underestimates the volumetric deformation of rockfill materials with a large cyclic number, and that the error increases with the confining pressure. The existing permanent deformation models are not suitable for the seismic safety analysis of high dams during strong earthquakes. In this study, a series of large-scale triaxial cyclic loading tests of rockfill materials were performed, and a new permanent deformation model of rockfill materials was developed and validated with three kinds of rockfill materials. The results show that the proposed model can properly reflect the general features of the permanent deformation of rockfill materials. The main features of the model are as follows: (1) relations between the cyclic number and permanent volumetric/shear strain are described by hyperbolic functions, which can avoid underestimating the volumetric deformation occurring during strong earthquakes; (2) the model can capture the effect of the mean effective stress on the permanent volumetric strain, with greater confining pressure correlating to greater permanent volumetric deformation, and the permanent volumetric strain under low confining pressure near the dam crest can be well represented; and (3) the model can reflect the effect of the consolidation stress ratio on the permanent shear strain.  相似文献
